**Key Account Manager - Hertfordshire (Hybrid)**
**Salary**: £35,000 - £45,000 (based on experience) + OTE
**Company Profile**:
My client is a successful Managed IT Solutions provider based in Hertfordshire, running successful operations across offices both in the UK and US. They are looking for an experienced individual with a reseller background to join their concentrated teamas a **Key Account Manager**. This is the perfect opportunity for someone within the IT Reseller market looking for a new challenge and rewarding role.
On target earnings are also available upon meeting and exceeding set targets.
**Responsibilities of the Key Account Manager**:
- Contacting a live client base to identify new business opportunities.
- Regular liaising with the rest of the team to assist business growth.
- Working within the private sector
- Build and maintain relations with clients, identifying new revenue streams.
- Act as the point of contact for clientele.
- Ability to meet and exceed set targets.
**Key Skills for the Key Account Manager**:
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Pro-active and determined
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Prior experience working for an IT Reseller or MSP
- Exceptional attention to detail
