An established Accountancy practice based in Weybridge are looking for you to become their HR Administrator

You will be joining their team who deliver an exceptional service and provide a wide range of business solutions to clients.
As a HR Administrator, you will provide general administrative support to the HR team including inputting information to the HR database, dealing with all external and internal HR documentation relating to staff and all company policies, processes, and procedures.
**HR Administrator duties**:

- First point of call for answering the telephone.
- Managing the HR inbox and filing correspondence.
- Recording client queries and creating monthly reports.
- Managing the administration process for all new starters and leavers.
- Preparing / issuing offers of employment.
- Managing payroll information, liaising with payroll department, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Managing all administration in respect of the Company's benefit schemes including healthcare, childcare vouchers, pensions.
- Updating and managing the HR Database ensuring the accurate recording and maintenance of all data.

**HR Administrator specification**:

- Previous administrative experience in an office environment desirable.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team.
- Well organised with a high attention to detail.
