Nelson, United Kingdom Pendle Engineering Full time

We are expanding our customer service team, and it could be you. Are you a conscientious self-starter who loves a challenge? This could be for you.

The customer service role will require you to talk direct customers taking details and understanding what information they require. Further to being a brilliant communicator you will be competent with our systems and be able to drive an order from cradle to grave. A good level of education and computer skills are essential.

In your interview we will expect you to be articulate and concise and be able to demonstrate the skills we need to drive our business forward.

At the sharp end of the business it is important we strive for excellence for the client, sometimes that isn’t just as easy as it sounds and we need a strong individual to facilitate these requirements. Shrinking violets need not apply.

Did we mention you need a good sense of humour, this male dominant environment can be won over with a smile and a joke. We don’t tolerate offensive behaviour but you will need to see the sunny side of life at times. We have a strong working team who enjoys a smile with all our everyday challenges.
