**The role**

At Teach East we’re on a mission to provide all international schools across the Middle/Far east with consultancy services. Supporting schools runs in our DNA and we feel privileged to say that over half of all schools in the Middle/Far east already useour services. To support our brilliant acquisition marketing team, we’re looking for a passionate, proactive marketer who wants to serve schools and work for one of the sector’s most-loved brands.

**You will be accountable for**:

- Developing and executing imaginative and impactful customer acquisition campaigns together with the Marketing Manager
- Developing powerful campaign messaging and writing compelling copy
- Supporting with the creation of digital marketing plans and implementing digital campaign tactics in line with the termly marketing plan.
- Reporting on campaign performance and eliciting insights across all channels, including digital, that help you improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to review and optimise marketing touch points, channels and customer journeys.
- Edit and produce video content for social media platforms, including live footage, music videos, and behind the scenes.
- Plan and create engaging social media content that aligns with the artist's brand and resonates with their audience
- Manage and schedule posts across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns, using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and incorporate them into the artist's digital marketing strategy
- Manage relationships with influencers and other industry partners to secure promotional opportunities and partnerships

**The ideal person**
- 2+ years’ experience working in a marketing role
- Writing creative, compelling copy is your passion
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, digital ad platforms and Google Analytics.
- Confidence using data to gain insights and optimise customer journeys.
- Well-organised and thrive when working under pressure
- An eye for detail and the desire to deliver superior quality
- A genuine interest in the education sector
