Key duties and responsibilities of our Female Assistant Recovery Navigator: Ensure that the service is warm, welcoming and safe Provide appropriate, effective interventions and treatments to people with long term mental health needs, and their carers (including friends and relatives) and their supporters in the community Enable and assist users to meet daily health, social care and well being needs, in line with personal recovery goals, and facilitating engagement with mainstream services Work with identified service users alongside the rest of the Community Rehabilitation service including ongoing assessment of needs, goals and aspirations, working within agreed plans of support and supporting service users Contribute to regular reviews of these plans with service users to ensure that they are supporting their recovery and increasing independence Work on a rota within the Accommodation Hub, as part of a team providing 24 hour cover to the service. The rota will be made up of shifts that will include day and night cover during with week and on weekends. The rota will be flexible to meet the needs of the service and service users.
