**Job Description: Center Lathe Turners**

We are currently seeking experienced Center Lathe Turners to join our team at our Liverpool location. As a Center Lathe Turner, you will be responsible for setting up and operating center lathes to produce high-quality precision parts to meet customer specifications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to determine machine setup and production methods
- Set up and operate center lathes to produce parts to required specifications
- Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, verniers, and gauges to ensure parts meet quality standards
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet customer specifications
- Maintain accurate production records and complete all necessary documentation
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Center Lathe Turner
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
- Strong knowledge of machine setup and operation
- Excellent understanding of precision measuring tools and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when required
