We are currently seeking a Training Coordinator for our Project, Programme and Cost Management (PPC) business line, to deliver a comprehensive and effective training coordination service, in support of the company’s Graduate and Apprentice Development Programmes and the development of our Post Qualification Training Programme.

Our PPC business currently employs in excess of 1,000 people across a variety of disciplines in 20 offices within the UK and Ireland. This role is a pivotal one in delivering end-to-end coordination of our technical training programme and ad-hoc coordination and administrative tasks for our wider Talent Management team.

**Daily responsibilities**:
+ Work with our training lead and practice board discipline leads to identify training needs and prioritise those needs.

+ Produce quarterly progress update for PPC leadership team.

+ Identify training solutions to meet our technical training needs.

+ Liaise with trainers and external trainers, arrange training courses to meet identified training requirements.

+ Book training content briefing meetings and content review sessions.

+ Manage training budget and payment for external providers and venues.

+ Manage our online training content and update SharePoint site and AECOM University.

+ Be able to recognise suitable content for our training needs.

+ Update training database and maintain training records.

+ Arrange and coordinate materials for training sessions.

+ Schedule training including annual training delivery and ad-hoc training.

+ Distribute training evaluation surveys and generate feedback reports.

+ Answer general training queries.

+ Book training venues and arrange accommodation.

+ Attend training events, staying overnight when required.

+ Help to identify our future internal trainers.

**APC Mock interview process**:
+ Formal Mock Interviews take place twice yearly (March and September).

+ Finalise attendee list.

+ Book Presentation Skills training.

+ Liaise with in-house APC assessors regarding availability and allocate a panel for the Formal Mocks.

**General Administration**:
+ Send invites for training sessions.

+ Monitor responses to invites and levels of attendance.

**Minimum Requirements**:
+ Ideally you will have experience of Learning and Development Coordination or delivery of training.

+ You should have excellent IT skills, in particular, a good level of experience in using MS Teams.
