Support customers all over the world

You will proactively support customers in the UK and overseas, by providing them with guidance and regular updates. There is a significant case management dimension to the role, as you log new cases using the relevant tools and ensure they are responded to within agreed timescales. You will also carry out investigations into any items that are missing or delayed, enabling vital work all over the world.

Customer service is just one of your strengths

While customer service skills are a definite must for this role, they are not the only quality you’ll need to succeed. You’ll be able to communicate effectively both in writing and in person, and use your aptitude for organisation to balance shifting priorities and make sound decisions under pressure.
