Reports to: Account Manager
**Role Summary**:
Account Support is crucial in providing assistance and ensuring the satisfaction of clients or customers with a company's products or services. This position involves a combination of customer support, relationship management, workflow management and administrative tasks to contribute to overall client success. They are looking to recruit a Mandarin speaking person to support their APAC team, Cantonese/Japanese/Korean language is an excellent addition.
**Key Responsibilities**
**General**:
- Support new project and new implementation.
- Support creation of internal client profile
- Support of implementation cadence
- Support any external communications including directly to clients, Communicating to clients/carriers as per process / tasks from Project Lead
- Interdepartmental communication
- Handover support, including supporting Project Manager and Account Managers with finalising remaining tasks.
- Information receiving/sharing between Project Manager and Account Manager
- Continuous optimisation and automation of account tasks within allowed boundaries for Ct internal tasks
- Workflow management & invoice processing as required.
- Operational Team Leader backup
- Supporting with TrackerPak maintenance
- Support of Account Tasks maintenance
- Carrier set up.
- Client set up.
- Implementation cadence
- Support with process rules and validate processes against agreed business rules.
- Process rules control and validation.
- Support with Account Task set up.
- Status updates
- Soft Audit prep and Communication
**Qualifications and Attributes**:
- Excel knowledge (including formulas)
- Presentational skills
- Attention to detail.
- Analytical skills
- x1 Mandarin speaking person to support our APAC team. Cantonese/Japanese/Korean language is an excellent addition.
