We have an amazing opportunity for an administrator to join our Health and Wellbeing Team, to support with the delivery of our Trust Staff Health and Wellbeing initiatives for our almost 12,000 members of staff.

ESNEFT’s wellbeing Hub was established in 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, since it was initially set up it has grown from strength to strength and now we are a well-established team who bring together a huge range of services - including several which are new - so that staff can all access fast, effective support for their health and wellbeing. It helps us to look after ourselves and each other so that we live our lives to the fullest while providing the very best care for our patients. The Wellbeing Hub is for everyone who works or volunteers at ESNEFT.

We are looking for an individual to join our team who can demonstrate they are creative, enthusiastic, organised and flexible and able to work in line with our core Wellbeing values and Trust Values. Who can demonstrate empathy, patience, kindness and be supportive. You will need to be experienced in communication across different platforms, with great IT Skills. You will be expected to be able to multi-task, prioritise and handle non-routine issues that may arise.

You will be expected to undertake Mental Health First Aid Training and support the team making wellbeing calls to staff off with mental health related sickness and long term health conditions, offering first line support and signposting to different services within ESNEFT and externally. You will also be required to support a number of regular team meetings and cross cover other meetings when team members are on leave.

You will also be involved in the support and roll out of Health and Wellbeing campaigns and events across the Trust, which will involve travelling to the different Trist sites and on occasion external sites. You will have responsibility for the creation and circulation of promotional materials and updating of the Health and Wellbeing Intranet Site.

- The post holder will work as part of the Health and Wellbeing team, supporting all health and wellbeing related activities undertaken at ESNEFT.
- The post holder will provide administrative and general office support to the team and will be responsible for supporting the co-ordination of health and wellbeing activities and events across the Trust.
- The post holder will have a keen interest in health and wellbeing; they will be proactive - seeking out new ideas and opportunities to improve the service provided to ESNEFT staff and volunteers and sharing these with the Health & Wellbeing Coordinator.
- The post holder will be expected to use their own initiative and manage, prioritise, plan and organise their own time, with support when required from the Health & Wellbeing Coordinator.
