At Ladyfield Villas, we support 9 individuals who live in their own homes in Dumfries. The people we support have faced a lot of challenges in the past because of their learning disabilities and mental health but this hasn’t stopped them from enjoying life

They enjoy a wide range of different activities, like socialising, watching movies, shopping, cooking, and travelling. However, they’re always up for trying new things, so are looking for inventive people who are up for the challenge.

Our staff team are very supportive and experienced and provide support with:

- Medication administration
- Cooking
- Helping the people we support achieve their goals
- Maintaining the homes of the people we support and managing their finances

Our team provide support 24 hours a day, so we ask for some flexibility to work a variety of shifts as follows:

- 7am/8am - 10pm
- 10pm - 7am/8am (waking nights)

**We are currently recruiting for full-time and part-time roles. We are also recruiting for a 40-hour waking night post**
