**Job Description Hours**: 37.5 hours per week Reports to: Director of Workforce Based at: Head Office, Badger House, Glover Street, Birmingham, B9 4EY Summary Reporting to the Director of Workforce this role will assist and support the HR Department in all of the day-to-day work of the Human Resources department. The post holder will be working closely alongside the Human Resources Administrator to ensure the best practices and procedures are adhered to throughout the company. Key Accountabilities To provide full spectrum human resource support services to managers and staff. To advise and support Badger line managers in approach to the handling of discipline and grievance procedures including during investigations.

To proactively manage family leave (pregnancy, maternity, paternity, adoption, special parental leave). To provide ad hoc employee relations advice to the management team. To participate in workforce planning activities. To proactively monitor absence management and work with senior managers to minimise absence.

Work in partnership with line managers ensuring that employees personal development needs are met through appropriate appraisal, induction, and coaching, mentoring, learning and development interventions. Assist Training with internal learning events and workshops, delivering content if required. To provide general HR advice and guidance to line managers regarding HR policies and processes with regards to recruitment and selection. To deliver defined projects.

All areas of human resources administration. Relationship to other roles Maintain an effective working relationship with other individuals in all departments, customers and suppliers to ensure the delivery of a professional service focused on achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
