We are currently seeking an Admin/ Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This role requires strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Assist with billing and invoicing queries
- Provide product/service information to customers
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Use Google Suite, Sage and microsoft office for various administrative tasks

- Proficient in office procedures and customer service best practices
- Strong data entry skills with the ability to type accurately
- Familiarity with Google Suite microsoft office and sage 50 would be useful
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Clerical skills for maintaining records and documentation
- Organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
