**Salary**:Basic £60,000 to £75,000 per annum, plus company car Realistic OTE £90,000 to £117,500 p/a (dependent on site and experience)

**Location**: Norton Way Group, Norton Way North, Letchworth, Herts SG6 1BL

**Hours**: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00

**A bit about us**:
Norton Way Group has been in business since 1989 with one site and a handful of employees. We are now a multi-franchise business, with 10 sites across London, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, with over 430 staff, and future growth already in the planning.

The group has continued to grow and now are proud to operate three Honda Motorcycle dealerships. Letchworth Honda Motorcycles, Wimbledon Park Honda Motorcycles and Chiswick Honda Motorcycles, this being one of the largest Honda motorcycle dealerships in the UK.

**What you will be doing**:
You will be responsible for all three Honda Motorcycle dealerships within the group. The role requires the creation of a clear strategy for each business unit within your remit, accountable for Sales and Aftersales performance objectives and budgets, Colleagues Personal Development, and adherence to franchise standards.
- Develop a strategy for each Business Unit (in conjunction with the overall business strategy) with the Operations Director.
- Communicate a clear vision of the strategic direction of the BU and wider business to your management team to ensure each BU achieves its short
- and long-term objectives.
- Create operational budgets for each BU ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, managing resources to achieve objectives
- Lead each business unit in line with the Company vision, ensuring accountability and progression
- Use data to make commercially driven decisions
- Ensure a robust approach to personal development and performance management, ensuring that your team are appropriately motivated and trained to carry out their responsibilities to the required standard.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant policies and procedures.
- Foster a culture of ownership and accountability
- Regularly review each BU to ensure that they meet the required standards and recommend changes where necessary.
- Develop and maintain the organisation’s structure and processes and support with effective management succession.
- Provide reports and statistics to the Operations Director
- Adhere to all manufacturer targets and franchise standards to ensure any related bonus are achieved and audits successfully passed.

**Requirements for the role**:

- Previous experience of working within the motorcycle industry (essential)
- Knowledge of sales and aftersales processes
- Prepared to travel between all three sites regularly
- Hold a car and or bike licence
