**Details of the Business Administrator vacancy**:

- Salary: £21,000 - £24,000 DOE
- Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays
- Hours: 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday (Office-based)

**Duties of the Business Administrator**:

- Checking and updating various databases
- Contacting clients to request required information ensuring it is processed within set deadlines
- Obtaining and processing documentation in an accurate and timely manner
- Managing own workload and working to set timeframes

**Skills/Experience/Attributes required**:

- Minimum GCSE grades A - C in English, Maths and Science
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage own workload and competing deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An enthusiastic, positive demeanour with the ability to work in a busy environment
- A professional, confident telephone manner
