**Business Support Administrator**

**Booking events and supporting events**

**Contract role between 3 - 6 months £26,000 per annum pro rata plus bonus plus superb benefits**

**Monday to Friday**

**Stockport 9am - 5pm**

New role for an experienced Administrator with very professional client communication skills and ideally some experience of event planning and support too - now required by a highly prestigious company in central Stockport.

The role involves:

- booking travel / hotels / transport for directors
- managing director diary
- supporting events management process including liaising with clients and organisation of event calendar
- booking event locations and supplier support
- updating systems and databases
- very occasional travel may be requested by the company
- will be have senior administration or PA experience in B2B support
- will be credible, professional and friendly in approach
- a very good communicator with excellent communication skills
- have well presented as role can be client facing
- possess very good IT skills

Role is Monday to Friday office based within a very friendly welcoming team

Tea / coffee / fruit provided

Superb benefits plus bonus paid at end of contract too
