**Maintenance Administrator - Facilities Management - Newcastle, Tyne and Wear**
Your new employer is an industry leading Facilities Management company with a portfolio of commercial properties across the UK and the rest of the world. They pride themselves in providing the best service to their clients, as well as ensuring their employees are fully supported.
**Your New Role**:
- Operation of the client booking system
- Day to day liaison and updates with management team
- Liaison and organisational assistance to the engineering team
- Day to day co-ordination of supply partner activity
- Ensuring that SLA and KPI’s are exceeded through effective management of the booking system and available reports
- Positively respond to both our internal and external customers through effective communication and personal accessibility
- Understand procedures and processes and operate them to the required standard
- Achieve results within quality and time restraints
- Actively participate in a diverse and effective team
**What You’ll Get In Return**:
