**Campaign & Events Executive - Business to Business**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Campaigns and Events Executive to join our marketing and business development team. This is a key hire for the business and would suit a marketing professional with 3+ years experience, looking to take the next step in their career, within a passionate and progressive organisation.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for implementing engaging campaigns and events that will promote the organisation, attract and nurture new leads and keep us engaged with existing customers. The role will be focused on the social housing sector.

We are seeking someone who is North-West based who can travel easily to our Warrington office. Flexible and hybrid working available. On the job training and coaching provided.

**Responsibilities**

**Communications and campaigns**
- Coordinate integrated campaigns focussed on customer retention, acquisition and nurture - utilising online and offline channels
- Develop and implement marketing automation to enhance campaign efficiency
- Coordinate customer research and surveys to develop content for marketing purposes and to support the Business Development Team

**Data, CRM and reporting**
- Ongoing capture and cleansing of customer data, creating data lists for targeting purposes
- Ensure data lists for marketing purposes adhere to GDPR protocols

**Events**
- Support the client development and marketing team with the coordination and project management of events, speaker opportunities and sponsorships
- Manage the booking process and logistics for all sector events and exhibitions
- Support the planning, coordination and promotion of hosted events
- From time to time, attend sector events for insight and to provide support for colleagues

**Promotional merchandise, literature and print**
- Be responsible for managing stock levels of brand merchandise and literature, replenishing stock by liaising with printers and suppliers as required
- Prepare and send promotional collateral to customers and colleagues as required

**Other**
- Act as a brand guardian
- Proofread all newly created marketing collateral
- Build strong working relationships with all teams
- Undertake other duties to meet the demands of the business
- Actively contribute to the team with ideas for client development and marketing activities

- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Be self-motivated with the ability to use initiative and provide pro-active support to colleagues
- Have great analytical and problem solving skills
- Have creative flair
- Be able to work calmly under pressure and work in an agile way
- Be a confident team player

**Desirable Qualifications/Experience**
- Events/marketing/campaigns background - ideally B2B, and / or social housing sector experience, although not essential.
- CIM qualification or relevant degree
- IT literate
- Excellent proofreading and copywriting skills
- Knowledge of CRM or data management systems and their functionality
- Experience of coordinating events
