**Job Overview**:
We are in search of a proficient and experienced Paid Social Account Manager to become part of our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for formulating, executing, and managing paid social media strategies to amplify brand visibility, engagement, and conversions across various social media platforms. This position demands a thorough understanding of social media advertising, audience targeting, and data analysis to enhance campaign performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Devise and implement innovative paid social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Manage budgets and campaigns to ensure optimal ROI by monitoring, analysing, and optimising performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with the rest of the team to align paid social campaigns with broader marketing initiatives and business objectives.
- Liase with our graphic designer and video editor to help create compelling ad copy, graphics, and video content.
- Analyse campaign results and provide actionable insights and recommendations for future strategies
- reporting monthly to clients.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, changes in social media algorithms, advertising tools, and industry best practices.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
