We are working with Primary, **Secondary and SEN Schools** in **South Derbyshire**, assisting in their recruitment for a **Teaching Assistants **to join their team to work with them on a **long-term** or **permanent **basis.

The positions have need to start **immediately**, as well as from the **15th April **(Interviews and trial days being held in March).

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies.
- Support students in their academic, social and emotional development.
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with SEN.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students of all ages.
- Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and learning needs.
- A DBS on the update service (or willing to get one)
