Aquinas Education are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our esteemed educational institution located in Hilton. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the teaching staff to support the learning and development of students. Your role will involve providing individualised attention, assisting in classroom activities, and ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing educational activities and lessons.
- Provide one-on-one support to students with their learning, including helping with assignments, projects, and comprehension.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and conducive classroom environment.
- Support students with special educational needs and help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) or other personalized support strategies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, encouraging student participation and respect for one another.
- Monitor and manage student behavior, providing guidance and reinforcing positive behavior.
- Assist in assessing student progress and performance, providing feedback to the lead teacher.
- Collaborate with the teaching staff and other teaching assistants to ensure smooth classroom operations.
- Help with administrative tasks, such as record-keeping, preparing materials, and organizing classroom resources.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.

**Salary**: £75.00-£90.00 per day
