Do you have excellent administration and business support skills and looking for a role where you can integrate yourself within a frontline team?

We’re looking for Senior Practice Coordinators to join our newly transformed Corporate Parenting Service. You will provide administration support to Team Managers, and Practitioners to deliver an efficient business support service. Currently this role is working from home with the occasional day in the office, this is currently under review.

As point of contact for both internal and external customers, you will need excellent interpersonal skills and a confident telephone manner. You should be a confident, organised administrator who is experienced in undertaking a range of general administrative duties including the production of documents, populating spreadsheets and databases, organising and minuting meetings, processing invoices and other finance tasks. You will have excellent computer literacy and keyboard skills, the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, work to tight deadlines and manage information accurately and sensitively.

All our office-based roles are currently working from home as part of our Smarter Working plans and to support the health and safety of all our colleagues.
