Springkell Mansion House Hotel is looking for a competent Office Administrator to join our team. You will be effectively job sharing with our Wedding coordinator who has been here with us for 9 years.

When Fiona leaves the office at say 4pm you would have been here from 2pm and you would run to 6pm. On days when Fiona is not in you can work 9 am to 6 pm if that suits you. On average you'd be doing 20 hours per week. So taking phone calls for bedroom bookings, replying to messages, sorting out lost property, answering questions from hotel guests and brides. Carrying out a variety of office duties.

Ideally you like office work, you are neat and efficient and you like keeping people happy.

And you don't get flustered or annoyed

Small family run hotel with 21 bedrooms and 3 cottages and we are just getting busier and busier.

English as your first language please as you need to understand callers from around the UK.

You will help us to be even more efficient

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.75 per hour
