Contracts Administrator

**Overview**:
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Undertake administration duties and support our contracts department; scanning, filing, printing etc.
- Provide holiday cover as and when required.
- Assist with the Production and Transport department including, typing documents, planning deliveries and calling customers
- Plant hire, price comparisons and ensure delivery to site within time frames.
- Booking accommodation for our on-site personnel.
- Use of both SharePoint and Business Central systems.
- Use a variety of ICT equipment in the office.
- Ensure that all files are electronically and manually filed while adhering to GDPR guidelines.
- Assist with maintaining our quality management system.
- Comply with company policies and procedures and health and safety regulations.
- Undertake additional duties as and when required.
**Person Specification**:
- Have good communication and organisational skills.
- Be able to work well within a team and contribute to a supportive work environment.
- Be able to prioritise tasks in order of importance and manage time effectively.
- Computer literate and competent in the use of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
- Previous experience within a similar role however not essential. Full training will be provided.
