Sales Administrator

**JOB PROFILE**

**REPORTING TO -** Managing Director

**LOCATION - **Lockerbie

**CONTRACT -** Full Time, Permanent

**SALARY -** Competitive

**HOURS OF WORK - **Mon to Fri, 8.30 am - 5 pm (40hrs)

**THE ROLE**

We are actively recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our busy work team where you will assist our Sales and Operations Coordinator with the preparation of quotations and confirmations for our buildings while assisting with the continuing growth of Kit Buildings UK brand.

**MAIN DUTIES**
- Provide administration support to the Sales and Operations Coordinator.
- Prepare and ensure that quotations and confirmations are sent to customers in the agreed time frames.
- Send quotations and confirmations to customers when required.
- Ensure new and existing customers remain the top priority.
- Answer telephone calls, take messages, transfer calls and assist with sales enquiries where required.
- Maintaining and updating the customer database and internal records.
- Deal with electronic and paper-based filing and other routine administration tasks such as scanning, photocopying etc.
- Comply with the company’s policies & procedures and Health & Safety regulations.
- Undertake additional duties as and when required.

**ABOUT YOU**

You will:

- Have previous administration experience.
- Be computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office Word & Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be self-driven with the ability to succeed.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be professional, personable, and reliable.
- Be proactive in approach and able to work with mínimal supervision.
