Office Administrator

**Office Administrator, Didcot - £22,000 - £27,000**
**General office administration duties to include**:
- First contact for visitors to the company
- Maintaining office supplies including ordering office equipment
- General administrative duties (to include but not limited to uploading logs for company use, export documentation)
- General facility management and the liaison person for all day-to-day facility matters
- Archiving of documentation - and management of the onsite and offsite archive facilities
- General hospitality for staff and visitors
- Database management - Microsoft Excel spreadsheet preparation and data entry, support for new software system migration (NetSuite)
- Service & support
- service reports, scheduling, travel arrangements as required
- Data entry
- Purchase orders
- Packing and despatch of customer orders
- Arrange the shipments, import and export documentation and communication
- Sales order processing - for both direct and indirect sales
- Quotations and customer correspondence
- Sales team support
- Marketing material stock management
- Co-ordination of exhibitions and conferences including liaising with the company travel agents and logistic partners were necessary
**Key skills**:
- No job too small mentality
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and strong computer skills
- Team player
- Must be able to multi-task with competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment
- Ability to work to deadlines - ability to set and meet own deadlines as well as respond to others’ deadlines
- Attention to detail and an eye for accuracy
- A basic understanding of importing & exporting, commodity codes would be beneficial in this role
