**About the role**:
We are welcoming driven and enthusiastic school / college leavers and graduates who are looking to start an apprenticeship.

We have roles available in our Northampton, Leicester, Southampton and Milton Keynes offices and you will learn the role of either audit, accounts, payroll or property assistant.

A fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to start your career, working towards an internationally recognised qualification (audit and accounts - AAT Level 3, 4 and ACCA Level 7, payroll - Payroll Technician Certificate, property - MRICS via a degree) and gaining valuable on-the-job experience with a highly respected accountancy firm.

You will join a dynamic team and work with a range of different businesses and rapidly gain responsibility whilst at the same time completing your qualification with us.

You’ll have a dedicated people manager and apprentice support manager and work within a team of like-minded individuals at various stages in their studies.

**About you**:
We provide you with meaningful support as you undertake your exam training and the exams themselves. Whilst we want you to progress rapidly in your career, equally we will only enter you for exams when you are properly prepared.

**We are looking for the following skills and experience**:

- two A-Levels and three GCSEs (or their equivalent) for graduate
- excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel skills as a minimum
- highly personable with excellent communication skills
- organised, efficient with attention to detail
- able to work as part of a team and ask for help
- motivated and enthusiastic
- able to demonstrate drive and initiative
- able to reliably commute to the relevant office
