**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Handling customer enquiries e.g. taking orders, quotation & sample requests
Maintain the company CRM system, Sage and spreadsheets
Complete paperwork related to Goods In, Production and Despatch
Filing of paperwork
Ordering and stock control of PPE, stationery and factory/paint shop supplies
Logistics: organise daily transport with local transport companies
Conduct monthly stocktake
Open & close the trade counter each day
Deal efficiently with the public/trade customers; taking orders and payments
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £22,308.00-£24,375.00 per year
