**HR Advisor - Homebased with travel to Bedford**

**Do you thrive on providing expert HR guidance and support?**

**Part Time hours - 18.75hr per week, £17,500 pro rata (£35,000 FTE)**

Bedfordshire Supported Housing is a well established social care provider in Bedford. We are expanding and looking for a passionate HR Advisor to join our multidisciplinary Hub team and provide a comprehensive service to managers across all levels.

**In this role, you will**:

- Deliver expert advice on recruitment, HR administration, compliance, and employee relations.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from drafting job adverts to onboarding new starters.
- Ensure all HR practices are compliant with legislation and best practice.
- Provide support and guidance on employee relations issues, including grievance, disciplinary, and performance matters.
- Partner with managers to develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
- Champion our positive workplace values and contribute to a caring and compassionate work environment.

**You are a great fit if you have**:

- Experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
- A strong understanding of employment law and best practice in HR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build strong relationships with managers and staff at all levels.
- A meticulous and pro-active approach to your work.
