**Location**:
Tredegar Park, 1 Pencarn Way, NP10 8SB

*Opportunity for hybrid working after a 3-month period

**Start Date**: 08/04/2024

**Pay Rate**: £12.92 per hour

**Shift Pattern**: 35 hrs per week - Mon-Sun between 7am - 6pm

**Length of contract**:6 months with view for extension or to be made permanent based on performance

**Training Period**:4 weeks fully paid training (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm)

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Managing inbound customer calls relating to accounts and products
- Telephony and admin-based tasks to service customer queries
- Take ownership of customer problems and being able to solve them at first point of contact
- Contribute to an environment where colleagues want to work and where customers feel valued

**SKILLS**:

- Good oral & written communication
- A positive attitude towards providing excellent customer service which exceeds customer expectations
- Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas
- The passion to put yourself in the customers' shoes, show empathy and be dedicated to resolving their query.

*There is no need for any previous experience no matter what your background is - we’ll provide all training across a comprehensive 6-week training programme.
