Admin Assistant Job in Bath City Centre, For an Events Company
**Your new company**
You will be working for an events company who have an outstanding reputation within event's with a main focus around financial services sector. You will be working in the head office that is located in Bath, The Company also have offices in the US & Europeand have a global presence. You will be working in the recently refurbished open planned office.
**Your new role**
In the role as an Administrative assistant you will be in charge of making sure everything is booked for up and coming events. You will manage the day to day admin of the office taking inbound calls, managing meeting room availability, preparing presentationsfor directors & insuring all admin related activities run smoothly in the office.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have at least 12 months experience working as an admin assistant or similar. You will have excellent organisation skills and will be able to communicate clearly & professionally to both customers & your team. You will be comfortable with IT systemsboth internally and externally. A friendly telephone manner is a must as you will be liaising with staff daily as well as communicating to customers over the phone.
**What you'll get in return**
Amazing hours of 8:30-4:30 Monday
- Friday. You will receive a salary £19.000 per anum and will also receive 25 days holiday and the luxury of a day off on your birthday. This is an excellent opportunity to work for an exciting events company with global opportunities.
