Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading organisation who are looking for an Office Coordinator / Admin Assistant.
They are looking for a highly motivated individual that can provide effective office support
DAY TO DAY:
- Diary management
- Organising travel
- Meeting room booking/ organising
- Supporting the Head of Finance, Operations and Head of Technology
- Helping senior management, chasing claims, making sure the process is moving smoothly
- Running reports and surveys for the team
- Guiding clients with onboarding and what to expect in that process handling the compliance associated with it
- Go to support for the wider team
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Previous office coordination experience
- Transferable experience booking appointments or diary management
- Excellent written and verbal communication
