The Role:
We’re seeking a conscientious and meticulous Housekeeping Assistant to join our friendly team. Working collaboratively with the maintenance, shop and car park staff to ensure the smooth running of the site, you will be responsible for maintaining our beach villas and immediate surroundings to a high standard of cleanliness. All cleaners will be provided with their own personal PPE. Responsible for all aspects of cleaning within the villas, you will ensure that excellent standards of hygiene are maintained, and health and safety legislation is adhered to, in order to provide our visitors with the best possible experience. You will complete any required documentation as appropriate and follow reporting procedures to ensure issues are escalated to management where required.

The Person:
You’ll be a team player with a commitment to providing high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, with a proven track record of delivering high quality work. With some experience of cleaning in a similar environment, you will have a positive approach to your work and be able to effectively multitask. As a key member of the team, you will have excellent communication and team working skills, with the ability to use your own initiative and work independently as required. You will be reliable, punctual and flexible in your approach to work.
