We are looking for a dynamic self-motivated individual to join a rapidly growing firm based in Manchester City Centre specialising in Consumer Credit Law. Our firm provides advice on all aspects of consumer finance including mortgages, secured loans, unsecured credit agreements and insurance products.
**Job Summary**
We are seeking someone with experience in administration or a similar role, to join our expanding administration department.
**Technical Skills & Experience**
**Preferred**
- Experience within an admin role, preferably within a legal sector or experience within an administrative role with a transferable or relevant skill set.
- Demonstrable administration, secretarial and client communication skills
**Essential**
- Good verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Training will be provided on customer relation management, but experience and demonstratable understanding of professional communication is desired.
**The role: -**
- Full time - Monday to Friday.
- To work as part of the administration team, providing assistance to the firm’s departments. Ensuring progression of all cases and aspects of the firms’ requirements.
- Completion of any required payments
- Management of cases through the CRM (customer relationship management system)
- Reviewing, inputting, and actioning of all database information from our CRM ensuring cases do not exceed the require timescales for completion.
- Acting as a main point of contact for the firm in office and by phone.
- Organisation of the firms’ practical requirements.

Salary Dependent on Experience
Opportunity for immediate start.
1 year experience in administration or similar required.
