**Do you have expertise within Talent Acquisition? Are you looking for a new challenge? Electricity North West are looking for an experienced Recruitment professional to join the team, and the role comes with a salary of up to £36,310 p/a (depending on skills and experience) plus excellent benefits.**

You will also support the Recruitment Manager and wider HR Team with continuous improvement projects and recruitment initiatives.

- Proven experience at advisor level within an in-house, RPO or agency setting
- In depth knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process and experience in volume recruitment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to challenge and influence all levels at all levels
