**Marketing Assistant**

**Job summary**:
As a Marketing Assistant you will be responsible for providing support to our Marketing Team and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations in the marketing department. **Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
- Supporting the Marketing Executives with organising and implementing various projects and events.
- Supporting the Marketing Management Team with developing their strategic roadmaps and plans.
- Supporting our Internal Communications Officer with any marketing related tasks and ensuring our internal brand guidelines are being adhered to.
- Updating spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information.
- Ensuring all invoices relating to marketing activity are on our internal charging system for our Accounts Team to process
- The organisation and upkeep of our online filing systems such as; Dash, BrandPad, Shared Drive, and Trello
- Maintaing orders on our online point of sale portal and managing the relationship with our Account Managers
- Carrying out regular reviews and checks of the JCT600 website to ensure all information is up to date and correct
- Carrying out regular checks of our dealership’s point of sale to ensure it is in an appropriate condition and advising if replacements are required.

**Qualifications/Key Skills**:

- Previous experience in a marketing assistant role or similar would be beneficial.
- A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
- Confident in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
- Self-driven with the desire to develop and progress.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work both alone and as part of a team.
