Eaton’s Customer Projects organisation has a new exciting opportunity for Head of Customer Projects Operations. Our Customer Projects organisation is focused on ensuring excellent customer experience and meeting our projects portfolio business targets by continuously improving our delivery processes and tools.

We are a diverse and high-performance team located across EMEA, we enable effective deployment of Eaton technology solutions in segments such as Datacenter, Energy transition and T&D utilities.

**What you’ll do**:
As the Head of Customer Projects Operations you will be responsible for transforming Project delivery processes and systems in EMEA with regards to Customer Projects performance, Customer satisfaction and risks and opportunities management. You will develop standard practices, leverage enterprise-wide technology and platforms, and create central sales support organisation to deploy a multiple year’s program across EMEA Project organisation.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Establish a EMEA Quality management system documenting aligned process including cost of non-conformity tracking
- Project controlling: Risk review, financial performance tracking and forecast, SIOP input from projects under execution
- IT landscape effective influence to accommodate project business requirements and gradual deployment across EMEA
- Lead EHS safety management system design and deployment for project execution scope outside Eaton production centres
- Supply chain process adaptation to meet specific projects procurement business requirements
- Project back-Office systematic deployment in sync with Project execution model roles and responsibilities

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree, ideally in Engineering, Project Management or related field combined with higher degree such as MBA would be a plus
- Experience leading cross functional project teams ideally in establishing commercial PMO practice
- Extensive experience in customer support Operations
- Strong managerial experience including leading complex engineering projects
- Electrical industry is preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good judgment, time management, and decision-making skills
