Sales Office Administrator

Stevens Industrial Services, the UKs leading Independent Industrial Abrasives Distributor are looking to recruit a person to fill the position above
Duties will include
- Sales order processing and taking orders over the phone
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers
- Providing quotes
- Assisting the field sales team with queries and orders
- Liaising with suppliers
The position will suit somebody methodical with an outgoing personality, can work well under pressure, be comfortable making and receiving telephone calls as well as assisting company reps with enquiries.
Training will be provided.
- 2 years office experience (required)
- Experience with Word, Excel and Outlook (required)
- Excellent customer service skills (required)
This position will be Full time 8.30am - 17.00 Mon - Thurs & 8.00am - 16.00 Fri.
**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
