**£40-45k + Commission**
**Hybrid, Ascot based.**

My client is a well-known, esteemed Digital Marketing Agency who are looking to add an experienced Business Development Manager to their team. This role is a creative and fruitful position, where you can see the fruits of your labour by bringing on new businessto the agency and building great relationships with prospective clients.
What do we need from you?
- Proven experience working within a Business Development / Lead Generation role.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to build and grow relationships.
- Ability to actively manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to pitching and negotiations all the way through to handover to internal teams.
- Ability to create client proposals, attend meetings representing the company and sell the service of the business.
- Be the face of the business through all means of communication with prospective clients.
- Manage your own diary and work to targets.
- Be accountable for contracts, presentations, and all relevant documentations.
- Understanding of client objectives and ROI
- Be proactive with researching and analysing trends.
- Use traditional methods to make outbound calls, arrange drop ins with clients and prospect new business.
Experience Required:
- Proven success within Sales and Business Development
- Ability to identify new opportunities.
- A knowledge of Marketing (digital and traditional)
- Confidence and Resilience - the ability to bounce back from a no
- UK Driving Licence
- Ability to ‘close the deal’ and lead negotiations and meetings with ease.
- Quick learner and proactive
- Strong client management and rapport building skills.
- A positive and hands on approach
