Kameo Recruitment is excited to be partnering with a growing scientific company based near Royston, to recruit an Administration Co-ordinator. In this varied role, you will be providing a high level of professional support including sales & marketing support,scientific project management, and executive assistance, so the role will be best suited to an experienced administrator looking to progress their career. **Duties & Responsibilities of the Administration Co-ordinator**
- Contribute to the growth and efficiency of all operational functions of the business, providing a wide range of administrative support
- Work with sales and scientific project teams to support efficient customer onboarding and delivery of projects. This includes adding and updating important information to the internal systems, ensuring that the correct documentation is included, and necessarypaperwork is distributed.
- Scheduling meetings, calendar management, creating meeting agendas, taking & distributing minutes, managing action items
- Create and manage administrative SOPs
- Document management - internal and external
- Enter and maintain data in CRM system
- Administrative support for marketing team & events
- Travel booking and management
- General admin support including answering phones, welcoming visitors, collecting mail, etc.
**Requirements for this role**
- Would suit someone with experience in a similar administration role, or a recent graduate (or equivalent) with some commercial exposure
- Demonstrate a proven track record in a varied administrative role, working in a similar commercial environment
- Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages
- CRM experience
- Written, oral, and listening skills
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and able to confidently work autonomously
