The hours of work will be Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. **THIS POSITION IS OFFICE BASED ONLY.**

We require a motivated individual to work closely with our property team to assist in ensuring the properties are maintained to the highest standard, while prioritising workload to ensure essential repairs are carried out as timely as possible and providing administrative support to the property team. It is imperative you can work as part of a team or alone when required.

There is a fast-paced and varied workload, so you need to manage multiple priorities whilst delivering a great service for our sites. Must be 100% reliable, trustworthy and to be able to work with discretion.
- **The Role and Responsibilities**_

Implement & Operate our works ticketing system

Scheduling and confirming appointments for routine/planned maintenance

Review and schedule remedial works following routine maintenance and servicing

Daily liaison with contractors and site personnel

To monitor and action works as appropriate to achieve agreed service levels whilst keeping Listers sites informed of status and progress of resolution.

Provide administrative support to the property team

Maintaining property records, asset lists, updating maintenance schedules

Must be 100% reliable, trustworthy and work with discretion when necessary.

Experience in a similar role preferred

Experience of some basic technical knowledge of repairs/maintenance preferred

Great communication and management of skills.

Have strong administration skills and must be IT proficient.

Ability to work on own initiative and within a pressurised environment with excellent organisational and planning skills.

Any other tasks deemed reasonable to the position within the organisation
