**Employability Key Worker North Ayrshire: Job Description**

We are looking to increase our staff resources in the North Ayrshire area. Reporting to the Project Leader, this is an exciting time to join our team to play an active role as a Key Worker in assisting adults into the workplace and helping them overcome multiple barriers. Paramount to this role, is improving and enhancing their life chances, their living environment and well being.

We are keen to recruit a motivated, person centered individual who can work well to deliver deadlines & job start performance as well as understand the client journey and progression into sustainable employment.

**Do you have the essential criteria we are looking for?**
- Experience of dealing with challenging behavior's in a supported environment
- Good communication & interpersonal skill
- Ability to be flexible in approach to work
- Good reporting & recording skills
- Target driven environment
- Full Manual Driving license and access to a car for business use

**Salary**

£23,500 Per Annum

**Hours**

9am - 5pm Monday - Friday

Hybrid Working 2 days a week

**Salary**: £23,500.00 per year
