Job description

Business Support Services within Adult Services are currently looking for passionate, friendly, hard-working and flexible individuals to join our busy administrative teams.

The main duties of the post;

To work in conjunction with frontline workers to maintain the accuracy of information held within the directorate’s data management systems.

To Maintain and collate reports as required.

To assist with queries from members of the public and internal staff.

You will have experience in/of;

Operating relevant ICT packages - Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams, Outlook etc

Working as part of a team.

Communicating with various people on different levels and via different methods.

Administrative duties.

Ideally you will have;
4 GCSE’s at grade C or above and NVQ 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent experience.
