What you'll be doing:
We are currently looking for a Data Centre Team Leader to join our growing team. Based in our Central London Data Centre, the Data Centre Team Leader will ensure the smooth operation of the site, including direct line management of a team of Data Centre Support Technicians.

Working as a Data Centre Team Leader, you will have a variety of responsibilities, including ensuring the site is appropriately resourced at all times, providing the timely execution of data centre services such as remote hands, customer installs and service requests, performing 121's to discuss tasks, outcomes, objectives and personal development and performance management where required. In addition, you will also ensure adherence to all relevant data centre standards and work with the Data Centre M&E Team in making sure the infrastructure of your site is operational. You will be the first point of contact for any escalation relating to your site, and need to review and adapt ways of working to ensure your team have sufficient tools and authority to complete their tasks. Above all, lead by example, role modelling our company values, demonstrating and promoting positive behaviours, with a clear focus on exceptional customer service, combined with a people first culture.

If you have previous experience team leader experience in the tech sector, ideally in a data centre environment, love supporting your team to develop and want to work for a growing business we would love to hear from you.

We want to hear from you if you:

- Ideally, previous experience of managing in a technical/data centre operations environment
- People management experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of managing 3rd party supplier relationships
- Whilst the role is primarily daytime, Monday to Friday, you must be able to work outside of these hours if required, which could potentially consist of overnight and weekend shifts to support your team
