**About the role**:
Raz is a gentleman looking for a team to support him to live a fulfilled life in his own home. He enjoys trips for coffee, shopping, cooking and time in the local community. As Deputy Team leader you should demonstrate good leadership skills, flexibility and organisation. You will support the Team leader and Raz to lead a strong team of support workers.

You should have experience with adults with learning disabilities and mental health support needs.

Raz has asked that his team leader has the following characteristics and skills:

- Bubbly and funny, Empathetic, a good listener, enjoys cooking and walking.

You must have experience with Positive Behaviour Support or similar.

This role is to work with one individual in their own home and to support them as part of a team that works together in ways that are led by the individuals needs.

This role includes on call and possible sleep in responsibilities.

- Provide support to individuals in a way the works for them.
- Help others to live independently.
- Complete supervisions
- Complete team rotas and planning
- Budgeting
- Be a voice for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health support needs.
- Embody the values of Believe Care and Support

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00-£12.50 per hour

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
