**Salary**: £28,000 - £30,000
Location: North Lincs / Thorne
This is a great opportunity to start in a supportive HR role getting involved in a broad range of varied day to day HR duties working across the business whilst being supported by the current HR Manager, there is real potential for this role to develop into an HR position in the company offering real ownership of HR at the next level.
The role will require the HR Officer to deal with numerous different internal stakeholders across the business and be the 'go to' person for all day-to-day HR matters with real potential to step up into a more senior HR role in a short length of
time.
THE ROLE:
Supporting the HR department on all things HR in the business
THE CANDIDATE:
CIPD 5 - or working towards
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Good business acumen and can show a real interest in the different site duties and business process that staff undertake
Excellent employment law knowledge (up-to-date) and confident dealing with all ER issues
Previous experience writing policies, working closely with operational Managers supporting on all things HR
Capable of working in a supportive HR role in a stand alone position
Must be able to use own initiative and have good common sense
Strong verbal and written skills
Attention to detail is essential and good organisational skills
Someone who is prepared to complete all tasks necessary to get the job done properly and who can quickly get credibility and respect across the business
