The Dabangg Hospitality Group are experts in luxury dining and the team behind popular hospitality brands Sakku Samba, Estabulo, Sakku, Caffe Noor, Fleur, Casa Peri Peri and most recently Ikaro.

The group boasts a portfolio of impressive restaurants across the UK and Scotland with the development of new restaurant concepts and procurement of new venues a constant.

At present, the Dabangg Hospitality group has approximately 650 employees as their team continues to grow and expand in line with their success. We are now looking to recruit a **Recruitment Consultant **to join our friendly team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic person who has a real passion for recruitment.

**Job Purpose**:
Working within a small HR team and reporting to the Head of People and Culture, for the Dabangg Hospitality Group, this role supports recruitment and volume recruitment activity across the various brands.

As the Recruitment Consultant, this role will focus on delivering exceptional recruitment solutions to the business, developing and enhancing the firm's EVP and delivering recruitment initiatives to position the Dabangg Hospitality group as a leading employer.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
- Track hiring metrics
- Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
- Host and participate in job fairs

**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- You must have at least 2 years experience as a Restaurant/Hospitality RecruitmentSpecialist, Restaurant/Hospitality Recruiter or similar role
- Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Monster and Indeed
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Caterer
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Team spirit
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field preferred

**Reports to**:Head of People and Culture

**Contract type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
