**About the role**:
As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with the Team Leader in ensuring the smooth execution of our brand ambassador program.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Co-ordinate with brand ambassadors to schedule their attendance at various live events and brand activations.
- Maintain an up-to-date calendar of brand ambassador availability and commitments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for brand ambassadors regarding event logistics.
- Communicate event details, schedules, and expectations clearly to brand ambassadors.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and transportation for brand ambassadors attending events.
- Ensure brand ambassadors have all necessary materials, uniform and information for each event.
- Maintain accurate records of brand ambassador schedules, bookings, and attendance.
- Input data for reports on brand ambassador activities, lead generation and performance.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in administrative or coordination roles, preferably in event management, but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple schedules, deadlines and priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and implement solutions.
