Due to further expansion Robinsons are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator at our Self-Store unit in Abingdon. The role would suit an energetic, self-motivated individual with a demonstrable desire to get stuck into the role with passion and enthusiasm, together with an engaging customer approach that is warm and professional, whilst insisting upon and maintaining the highest of standards for the store.

Previous experience in sales and admin is essential with a proven track record.

**The role**:
Full time Sales Administrator, working an average of 5 days per week, to include 2 weekends per month.

Supported by our experienced Store Manager your primary role as Sales Administrator will be to drive sales through exceptional customer service, help run the day to day admin duties that lead to an excellent store performance, you will be keen to explore all sales opportunities and you will effortlessly support customers and those around you ensuring an engaging customer experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Sales negotiating on a day to day basis
- General administration tasks on our systems (i.e. set up customer contracts, invoicing, sales ledger and debt management routines)
- Completing daily health and safety checks
- Help maintain the general cleanliness of the site and units for a great customer experience.
- Sorting and scanning of parcels being received and handed out - light manual work required
- Some lone working will be required.
- Key holder responsibility and the timely opening/closing of your store

**Skills and Experience**
- A pro-active “can do” attitude, not afraid of getting stuck into a varied role.
- An ability to build a strong and engaged customer base
- You’ll maximise sales at every opportunity through promoting our products and services
- Strong listening skills with a genuine desire to help others find solutions that are right for them
- A flair for problem solving whilst building rapport with customers and colleagues in a professional manner
- An ability to be decisive and yet flexible with your approach
- An ability to work on your own, and as part of a team
- IT literate with Microsoft and excel skills

**Robinsons Relocation Ltd** have been leaders in the world of moving and storage for many years and offer a full removal service to domestic and corporate movers in the UK and globally. We operate from 3 branches across the UK. Whilst self-storage is relatively new to our company we have become the largest self-store provider in the Abingdon area in a very short space of time.

Along with a competitive salary and bonus scheme, we also offer 20 days’ holiday, increasing to 23 after the first year, plus Bank Holidays. Company Pension scheme after qualifying period.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£25,500.00 per year
