My client is one of the UKs largest demolition and decommissioning contractors with an industrywide reputation for quality, innovation and Health & Safety performance.

To support continued growth within the business a unique opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Advisor with a high level of attention to detail for an immediate start.

**The Role**
- Preparing information for, and taking a leading role in external audits of DSM evidencing how we meet the requirements of:

- ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14064
- Achilles Building Confidence
- Achilles UVDB
- Updating online portals such as constructionline, safe contractor etc.
- Maintaining our approved sub-contractors’ matrix with their current details
- Developing an electronic site record system using My-active audit manager and storing and analysing the data produced.
- Producing site information packs and reviewing and scanning the returned completed documents.
- For completed contracts producing Post Contract Information Files containing details of the works undertaken, relevant health and safety information, waste information and energy usage.
- Carry out administration associated with site audits and inspections.
- Act as contact point managing and updating HR policies following annual review by external HR consultants.
- Carry out annual audit of all internal procedures and ensuring designated staff undertake reviews of all internal policies, procedures and standard documents.
- Issue quarterly returns to The Environment Agency and update our GDPR system and Modern Slavery audit and statement.

**Job Requirements**
- Educated to a high standard with excellent literacy skills - (essential)
- Competent IT user - Microsoft Packages, Word, Excel - (essential)
- Confident self-starter with the ability to communicate at all levels within the business - (essential)
- Excellent organisational and planning skills - (essential)
- Ability to manage own workload with mínimal supervision - (essential)
- High level of attention to detail - (essential)
- Formal auditing qualification - (preferred)
- Working knowledge of demolition, asbestos removal, remediation, and construction -(preferred)
